OneHostingPlan.com provides the world-class infrastructure necessary to maintain your Web servers 24x7. Our primary Cisco-powered data center is located in Houston, TX. The data centers have been engineered to avoid any single point of failure in our connectivity, power, or HVAC. And because the data centers are not open to the public, you can rest assured that only a handful of highly trained, level-three technicians will be allowed within close physical proximity to your server.

Physical Security

The data center is physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the floor the data center resides on is restricted to those holding military-grade passcards. Furthermore, access to the data center itself is restricted by Biometric hand scanners.

Location

Houston is an ideal location for our primary data center because of the absence of natural disasters. Houston is on the most seismically stable soil in the US. In fact, Houston is one of only two places in the US that Lloyd's of London will underwrite for earthquake insurance. Additionally, the absence of hurricanes and tornadoes make the Houston data center the perfect location for your mission-critical data.

Conditioned Power

Power systems in our data centers are designed to run uninterrupted even in the unlikely event of a total power outage. All servers are fed with conditioned UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) power that will run if utility power fails. The UPS power subsystem is N+1 redundant with instantaneous failover in case the primary UPS fails. In the event of an extended power outage, an on-site diesel generator can run indefinitely. The generator is regularly tested to ensure that it will continue to function in the event of an emergency.

A Precision Environment

OneHostingPlan.com's data centers are meticulously tidy. All air is circulated and filtered every 90 seconds to remove dust and contaminants. The data center's HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) system is N+1 redundant to ensure that - even in the event of an entire HVAC system failure - there is a duplicate system on standby to take over. An advanced fire-suppression system is in place to prevent any fire from spreading - in the unlikely event that one could start. All cables to servers and routing equipment are securely tied down, and cable racks suspended from the ceiling provide dual routes for all cables. In the event that all cables on a cable rack are cut or burned, packets of data will automatically be routed to a second set of cables on the other side of the data center.

99.9% Uptime Guarantee

You need your web site to be up. Period. Not half the time, not 90% of the time. Other hosts will promise 99%, but we all know that's not good enough, either.

We guarantee that your web site will be available to web traffic at least 99.9% of any given month. The client must notify OneHostingPlan.com immediately upon noticing the site is down to begin accrual of downtime. For the purposes of this guarantee, "Down" means the server is malfunctioning and not responding properly to HTTP requests. This does not include:

Dedicated servers. These servers' quality of service guarantees are included in the individual contracts.
Service outages due to failure of non-OneHostingPlan.com operated equipment, including Internet failure or congestion and non-Webrika backbone failures.
Failures caused by custom configurations.
Factors outside our control, such as heavy Internet congestion or networking failures outside our building, or problems caused by outside agents.
Problems caused by the customer's mistakes or oversights, such as failing to pay for domain name registration or renewal fees.
Problems caused by the failure or malfunction of the Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions.
Failures of customer-developed CGI scripts or other programming/setup not performed by OneHostingPlan.com
Sites that are disabled or removed for non-payment, violations of systems policies, or other reasons.
